WORST BOTOX EXPERIENCE! I went back after 1 st appointment. Told her her I'm not happy with the results and she has al sorts of excuses as how my skin elasticity changed. And tried to talk me into all other treatments. Pretty sure she injected me with water the 2nd time around, because there were no change after a week. Might as well not have done it, because there is no change. Would def not recommend Nanita Dalton.

The security guard, Thabo, is an absolute blessing! He assisted me and made sure that I am okay as I had to run all the way from the SACE offices to the afiswitch offices. I had my laptop bag on my back and didn't want to risk running around with my bag with my laptop and important textbooks, on my back. I took a leap of faith and asked Thabo if he could possibly keep it safe for me while I go to afiswitch. He happily agreed and offered to take down his name and number, as well as the office number to get ahold of him on my way back.Naturally I was worried about my belongings, but when I got back to him, he had safely placed it in his cubicle and all my belongings were still there!This man is truly a blessing, and has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Thabo!

I had microblading done at this awesome venue. Easy accessible from the highway. The terapist was so knowledgeable and thorough doing my brows, I am super please. Thank you Marizel!

I have been coming to Nanita for almost ten years! She is a true professional, inside and out with a warm welcoming presence. Her expert knowledge and advice make her an industry leader....so much so, that I fly from USA and change flights, just to get my appointment! Staff are lovely, always a 10/10 for me!

Soooo disappointed. The botox special for R3500 I will definitely not recommend it. Dr Dalton did not even ask me on what areas I want to do botox . She looked at me ask me to pull a few faces and started with the injections (after I waited more than 40 minute to see her). I can see NO difference it is as if she injected me with water. I know botox and know the results I am doing if for more than 10 years now. I have phoned the receptionist to explain my disappointment and she said (very friendly I have to say) that I must make another appointment. I am a working person that works and get paid hourly. I stay 40 minutes drive from dr Daltons consulting rooms and I have a business trip comming up for the next 2 weeks so it is not that easy to just pop into her rooms and wait another 40 minutes to see her. So I have clearly said to the receptionist that I will NEVER go to dr Dalton again. I will definitely also spread the word to my friends and family. So please go somewhere else and don't spend your R3500 on a botox special. It is not worth it. I also want to add that I only do a bad reviews when something is realy bad. So this to me is very bad. Especially with a name like Nanita Dalton. I wish I can demand a refund. I got NOTHING for my R3500. Anyhow I will write it off as a bad experience. Rather dont run a botox special and charge extra than to give poor service and results. I now anyway have to pay someone else to do a proper job. DISAPPOINTED!

Zero regard for POPIA or Customer Privacy. Spamming people all over South Africa with botox smses. I live in Cape Town. Have never been to Nanita Dalton but get SMSes every time. Many calls made to get removed from these lists ... Got another one today. STOP SPAMMING PEOPLE

Dr Dalton is the most caring and wonderful human being. Gentle and informative. Highly recommended.
