Excellent Service! Nissan Xtrail 2010.Phoned and got a booking quite fast, moved it around twice with no problem. Stopped there while they where servicing my car to point out a few small defects which they happily fixed. Washed my car and did a quick clean on the inside. Very professional service. Thanks.

I cannot stress how impressed I am with the manager, staff and service I have just received from Modern Auto Strand!! They couldn't find a part in time for me so went ahead and made a plan to fix the existing part. They then went over and beyond by delivering the car, locking it all up, together with a few other things I asked them to do as I had to return to Durban. They are definitely the business I will be using for our cars in the future.

I went to Modern Auto for the first time today on a recommendation and was very impressed. The service was speedy and efficient and to my surprise the cost was considerably less than the estimate quoted. I had the pleasure of dealing with them today. I had been to another well known car workshop before I landed with Modern Auto this morning. The first company quoted me but did not have the parts (thank goodness as it turns out). They also advised me incorrectly. When I got to Modern Auto,they had one look at the quote and were horrified. I was quoted double of what Modern Auto was quoting. Not only was Modern Auto cheaper, they were super efficient,friendly,professional and managed to source the parts within an hour. 2 hours later I was able to drive home. I am so impressed and highly recommend them! Especially ladies,these guys won't rip you off. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!

I was here in Dec and the Muslim lady was very professional and helpfull. Came in today 11 Jan and the white lady was very unhelpful l told her my problem and she just said ok and continued counting money, l decided to leave and at least one of the guys called Manuel called me and attend to me. That lady need to be taught about customer service.

I must say I got excellent service, these guys and girls they go the extra mile to see their customers smile. I came out with 2 problems sorted,when I just went in for tyres. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience with Dunlop Strand was extremely positive. They were very professional, friendly and repaired my vehicle in good time.
