Complete rip off.We were charged 5.723 for products that cost 3.400Plus no return even without previous cost information.

Very disappointed. Ordered Mamma Mio products for pregnancy stretchmarks and prevention which was apparently ordered in. Upon pick up, i was given products that I didnt ask for (but were apparently recommended). The recommended products were not at all from the Mamma mio range and product has nothing to do with prevention or treatment stretchmarks.We were also charged double the amount that the products go for online which is shocking. We were told that no refunds are allowed because products were ordered for me. Extremely disappointed and feel very ripped off by them!

I sat for 3 hours and 15 minutes, i left very disappointed, they can't do a basic French tip, they couldn't shape my nails so that all of them look the same, and had no idea what pastel colors are, the paint job i crooked. I am embarrassed to walk around like this. Would not recommend.

Good quality nails. A bit pricey though

The last time I was here they refused to help my mother and I left here there for an hour and she spoke of how these white women were arguing about who will massage her" "not me" in front of her presence. Sies. ZEROOO professionalism and I am very disappointed in their service."

I made a booking to do a pedicure, manicure & a wax. Booking was at 11 I left there at 15:00. Not only was the beautician slow, her work done on my nails was not great. I probably could have done my nails better. Not impressed I will never go back. Total for my nails and toes and wax was R980.00. Have you ever????? Rip off!

The management of this establishment is horrendous. I took a friend and we got our nails done together, we sat there for almost 4 hours after one nail tech did my friends nails so horribly that the other nail tech had to re do them and didn’t do the job much better, she even said “I’m not happy with this but it’s the best I can do”. This was the managers fault because I could see the nail tech was under qualified and was trying her best. At the end the owner even looked at the nails and didn’t like the way they were done but tried to convince us how beautiful they were and had the audacity to still charge us full price after all that. Horrible service.

Without a doubt NOT worth the time or money. Cost a fortune for a gel overlay on my toes and nails. The nail shape is not the same despite me indicating this 3 times, the paint job is so patchy, and omw the inconsistency gave me an OCD fit. The salon looks like it's going out of business and the owner/manager is so unprofessional. My family said the massages were great so go for that but please don't go do your nails, you WILL leave utterly disappointed and broke.
