Experienced one of the warmest delightful welcomes on a long time, what a kind and positive experience, attempted to use the new keys although gent said I should be patient it still isn't working..... I shall try again

Great service by the managerDid my car key even gave me a better price. Def get my keys done by them. They have toilet you can use too and good coffee shops around while you wait.I was offered coffee while on their couch but I wanted to walk around as I waited.Excellent service guys

experienced a bad service......with a very bad attitude of the owner ( the staff members are great!). I will def not be back. Taj Lock in Klipfontein Road , a family business so much better in all regards, price, service, quality, friendliness and attitude.

Seriously overpriced. The owner is rude and unwilling to accommodate the customer. The key they cut for me didn't even work, forcing me to have to go back the following day for them to redo the job. Do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your time and money at Master Keys Rondebosch.

Owner sucks. Julian treats his staff very badly. However, service from staff was great. I cut a key and even though there was an issue, they recut the original key and gave me an extra one in case the original didn't work. Great service. Lady out front deserves a raise

What a great experience!If you are having a bad day and you have R40 to spare, visit this place and have a key copied. You’ll walk out in such a great mood! (And a spare key).The man who does it is such a vibe; friendly, witty and he copied a key for me so so quickly. 30 seconds tops. Didn’t even need to take the key off my keychain.I’ll be recommending this place to everyone from now on!

The owner is absolutely amazing! He is caring and super helpful. Give this man your money. He is a hard worker who will probably give you the shirt off his back if you're in need.
