Perfect location!!! It was an amazing stay

Best place to stay at Jeffreys Bay.Remi runs the business with a great attitude. Super relaxed place, you can hear the waves at night and watch the ocean sitting in front of the house with a glas of wine in the evening sun. Supertubes surfspot is reached in 30 seconds and there is more spots also for beginners closeby.Surf lessons and rentals are available for a good price. Remi will organize everything you need.Thank you for three great days at J-bay!

Beautiful place, awesome location! There are 2 very friendly good doggies there that made it special! The owner is super nice, the main Lodge is very cool, with a fire place and a hot tub with a perfect view!

The most beautiful thatched roofed house in Jbay. Located just in front of the most famous wave Super tubes at the beach. Thomas(born in Denmark but lived here most of his life) & Remi ( lived hete all his life and mother from NL) will take care of you. Remi is the best surfer at super tubes and have been competing. Luckily for you he is a better instructor then he is to compete. So Remi will improve everyone's surfing from beginners to advanced surfers. And take you to all da best places to surf. He is fantastic to communicate the surging so you will understand. He really loves to instruct.

Beautiful house in front of the beach, which can accommodate 5 people in 2 rooms. The upper one has a double bed and the lower one has a double bed and a single bed.This place is marked as a 3 star Hotel" but do note it's more of an Airbnb as the family who ownes and operates it lives in the same house (but you have a separate entrance and privacy).Important things to note:1. WiFi is poor. I know most people don't come here for wifi but as a traveler who also works during his vacation

There was no one to greet us.   Eventually found a black lady, asked her about our accommodation  - she had no clue. Phoned the gentleman  at 13.50 and had to leave a message....  then had to phone again, told me he only puts his phone on at 14.00. Asked if we could come to studio at 13.50...... no..... booking only at 14.00. I asked if the room was ready.....reply was it should be!  If you're a lady of 58 and have a rather heavy suitcase....there is no one to assist you up the steep wooden steps.  This was rather a challenge,  but got it up eventually.Outside sitting area.....no privacy the entire world can see you....all houses directly opposite.....also cigarette butts still on table from previous visitors.Microwave stinks, put my nose near to smell, I nearly puked.Something  had defrosted previously in the little freezer part of fridge and has never been cleaned.Bedding had rust stains on it. White bedding doesn't look white......Drying cloth is filthy,  got burn marks on it. Cloth not white. Also has holes. Disgusting.  Went out and bought another.Bed - no mattress protector!Curtains not hung properly.....no attention to detail.Handwash and shampoo provided look exactly the same ..... didn't chance using it.Went to use the loo....hadn't been cleaned..... as per pic.Extremely disappointed.Brown ring in coffee cup, every water and wine glass is filthy. Clearly cleaning isn't a high priority....cleaning staff have no clue, don't care or  no pride in what they do.Bathroom towels don't have that fresh clean smell...... entire studio does not smell clean.Clearly my standards are rather high. This studio is not for me. So we live and learn.Not a pleasant stay in Jeffrey's Bay, every possible piece of land is build on.....reminds me of a squatter camp.The only redeeming factor is the small view of the ocean from the sitting area and it's close to the beach.

By far the best accommodation in Jbay. Needless to say that the location is outstanding. Not to mention how comfortable and warm it feels to be back there everytime I travel to Jbay. The owners are always super friendly and helpful with all the information you might need. I also had dinners cooked sometimes and I must say that they are healthy and tasty like no other, and I am not a vegetarian, but I enjoyed the healthy food so much. The Room's are all perfect from the studio to the Penthouse with a great view on Super's. If I had to choose one place to go in Jbay, I'll go there everytime !

Its right on the beach front with Lovely views & no property infront. However more suitable for a younger crown. Lots of steps & pebble pathways. Not sound proof. But the owners very friendly & most helpful.

Great location. Great surf experience with Storm and his family's surfer dog Lola :)Choose a second floor room for better view towards the most famous South-African wave Supertubes.
