Subject:Disappointing Experience with Zeerust Magistrate CourtWe recently had an unfortunate experience with the Zeerust Magistrate Court. After Mathew Sichela's case was withdrawn on the 3rd April 2023 , we were promised a refund of my bail money upon the conclusion of his case. However, it has been 23 days since his case has been withdrawn, and we have yet to receive my refund.Despite numerous attempts to contact the court and follow up on the status of our refund, we have been met with unhelpful responses and delays. It is disappointing to see a court fail to fulfill its obligations and provide timely and efficient service to those who rely on it.I understand that court processes can be complex , but the lack of communication and transparency from the Zeerust Clerk of the Courts has left us feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is important for courts to prioritise the needs of those they serve and ensure that they are treated with respect and dignity.Overall, as a unemployed South African citizen, my experience with the Zeerust Magistrate Court has been disappointing, I hope that they will take steps to improve their processes and provide better service to those who rely on them in the future.Pelma Gwamanda(Ms)

Great service and very informative but the problem is that it gets crowded so very little time is focused on public visitors
