Jan attended to the call-out we were very impressed with his service, he handled the appliance with care and even asked for a blanket to tilt the washing machine, explained the problem and had it fixed in quick time.Very reasonable price for the call-out feeWill definitely use PMC Electronics againThank you for the service

Worst place you can do business with.Unfortunately I had to use them due to Samsung warranty.The fact that Samsung use people with this horrible service as an autherised repair centre is scaey.Samsung should remove them from their panel as an autherised repair centre.

In all my years of business I have never received such disgustingly rude service. Donovan is horrific!!... & not the first time I've heard him shout at a customer. How is he still employed? Everyone I talk to about PMC says the same about the incredibly rude staff there. How do SAMSUNG ignore this?????

My experience has been very good service from them

Don't waste your time with these useless rude and self-righteous people in their office who display no client service etiquette. My machine is under warranty and was sent to them by Samsung and they are demanding a delivery fee from me which i will not pay. They tell me they will keep my machine till its paid of which it's not even my bill to pay. They insist i was told telephonically yet i wasn't. Samsung should never use businesses like this as their 3rd party service provider coz they are causing their brand serious reputational damage. Donavan the manager and Janifer are so rude and they seriously need to go for soft skills course on how to deal with customers because they have none, very ill mannered, unprofessional rude individuals. Il never allow for my machine to go there Ever!!word of advice don't even try these useless people.

My rating is NO STAR. My washing washing came back and the first load was ruined with oil and had a water leak. The owner, Mr Swanepoel is the rudest, most unprofessional business owner I have ever spoken to. My favorite clothing is ruined, but that doesn't matter to Mr Swanepoel.

Poor customer service! I phoned a little bit around and manage quickly somewhere else. Wil rather use someone else service in the future.

Worse service ever. 70inch TV went in for quote to repair. Fetch the TV after they told the insurance that the TV is broken due to wear and tear, but the TV have been stuck to a wall since I purchased it 18months ago. And the insurance want a second opinion. Now when I got home I noticed a bend in the TV. Nice work PMC Electronic. I must mention it that this place must be the worse place to work since everyone is grumpy there.
