Had my nieces 1 year bday.Lovely venue.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . They double book all their functions without notifying you properly. I moved my event date twice as they double booked and they failed to let me know. I’ve had to cancel my event that’s less than a week away. Do not waste your time and book any event here.

We just hosted our twins 2nd birthday here and it was such a comfortable place to have the party. The hosts were friendly, the food was excellent, the decor was stunning! It was just an overall great experience!

Delicious food, awesome desserts and good customer service. My eid was sorted with the chicken biryani so jee and desserts supplied by Instyle coffee garden. Will definitely support this business again... Totally satisfied.Rakiba

Had a function there over the past weekend and it was not a pleasant experience. For the price and area this venue is located in we expected better. The bathrooms were unbelievably filthy to say the least!! It seemed like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks! It smelled worse than a public park toilet. There was a mess on the floor and dirty water everywhere. We had to go home to use the bathroom. In terms of the actual venue it was extremely hot and humid inside. We asked if they could please turn on the fans but no one bothered. There was one fan in the whole place and no plug point nearby so we couldn't use it. The cutlery and glasses were dirty. Drinks were given sparingly even though we paid for them. We had to ask them to refill the food because there was not enough food put out. They couldn't even monitor this to ensure there is enough food for everyone. Again, even though we paid for this!After the tables were cleared we asked for a teaspoon and they said the kitchen is closed and the dishwasher is on". They wouldn't even give us a plastic spoon! They couldn't even provide enough hand soap at the basin inside the venue so most people had to rinse their hands with water. There was no towel or paper towels to dry our hands either. The two people that were in charge (Muslim Uncle and Aunty) were rude and moody. Almost like they were annoyed at us for asking questions or making requests! I would not recommend this venue unless you're willing to be on their case about all of the above and probably ensure the bathrooms are cleaned atleast the day before the event."

Very affordable venue with trendy and latest decor

absolutely cold and not suitable for a venue, hut style very tight and in winter no heaters and not safe to walk imitation gras on the Unlevel floor and also no sign outside BH is a very busy road, no sign u can drive right pass

A very hospitable, friendly family of great chefs. Fresh halaal food, generous servings and excellently presented. I highly recommend Zubeida and son Muhammad catering for any large or small functions, funerals etc.

Bathrooms should be clean at all times and needs improvements. Came for a wedding and everything was beautiful
