I enlisted SA damps services last year to waterproof the top balcony of my loft apartment (it’s a relatively small area). There were numerous issues during the job (late arrivals, unprofessional workers and the damp proofing bubbling). Martin kept assuring me that “this is what they do” and after a second attempt of damp proofing the same small area, I am sitting with a balcony I can’t tile or do anything with because there entire area has bubbled up (it’s like a trampoline on the floor). I am really disappointed with this experience.
