I used to hold them in high regard, but after my experience, I won't ever use them again or recommend them. How they treat customers is shocking. After a service which included work on my brake pads, the bolt holding my brake caliper snapped off while driving, obviously due to be being overtightened. This is very dangerous and risked a full brake failure. Henry Motors fetched the car and fixed it, and it was their responsibility, but then when I got my car, it had a distinct rattle over a certain speed. When I told them about it, they simply said I should take it to a tyre place"

I have used Henry Motors for over 10 years. Excellent service on all my cars ranging from a 1959 Austin Healey to a 2014 Pajero, and many in-between. Panel beating, major mechanical and regular service. They are efficient, professional courteous, and well priced. Highly recommended.

I took my Chev Utility to Henry Motors after my Cambelt broke, it took 3 attempts over 1 month, but they never charged me a cent more than they originally quoted me, and my car has never run as smoothly as it does now.

Scam artists. To clarify, they charged my mother R450 to test" her battery and alternator. Quoted R10K to have the battery replaced and the alternator repaired. I intervened and took the car to the workshop I normally use
