So we just left your store feeling most unvalued! We needed some taps and viewed them on your second floor. Your saleslady, Britney was attending to another customer whilst we waited patienty. Us being the only people on the floor made us very noticable. After she was done with the customer before us she simply ignored us and continued to assist a third customer who just walked in! The customer approached her as soon as she was done with the customer before us yet she should have asked the customer to wait as we were there first. But instead she decided to attend to this customer and leave us waiting even longer. We then decided to leave. She then called out to us and said, Hi I did see you were next but can you just...." I interjected and said

I have just had the most excellent service as always from helpfull and efficient Aslam Smith and his colleague Shaun Beziek. This is the reason i continually drive from Somerset West to support them.

Not a very big showroom but that is both positive and negative. They have a solid selection and you can find what you need without going through a million products but if you want a big variety then this might not be the place to go.

Excellent service given by the staff. It was easy to get my plumbing items. The product quality of all the items are good and the prices seem quite reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

A huge collection of popular brand names for everything to do with plumbing: waste pipes, insulation materials, fittings, taps, bathroom furniture, etc. Knowledgeable staff. And ample parking.

Visited this store 3 times in the span of a few days looking for fittings and finishers for multiple bathrooms.went to the show room and had a look at what was needed. provided details to the salesperson who promised to call back. Went back a few days later to select what i needed to purchase. salesperson wrote everything down and promised to provide a quote for payment. Went back again to follow up for quote, I was promised the quote and had to visit the store 3 times to get the quote. eventually got the quote and some of the items asked for were not on the quote.Went to CP & B salesperson checked everything for us and called suppliers, left purchasing everything needed.

Good. There was no stock at the first branch, but they arranged with the Diep Rivier branch that I am on my way to collect those items there. I arrived at 16.35(they closed at 16:30) and Sebastian waited for me and helped me. Great store with good prices. The items I waned were of odd sizes 75 mm where 110 mm is more commonly used. I had great service and a great experience. Thanks guys!
