Went on the 1st April 2022 to get a copy of my deed.Paid, system was offline. They said they would email it & I never received it.Contacted them again on the 4th April, system still offline. It is almost 4 weeks later & now they are not answering their phones, which they already had problems doing weeks ago.Natalie Erasmus also doesn't answer her emails. All I want is the deed I paid for or a refund.

Unfortunately I have received the following communication from one of my Property Investor clients after an unreasonable lengthy delay on one of the transfers.I have the utmost respect for ESI Attorneys and Alexander Swart Property Group in handling my property transfer transactions. I had my suspicions that the bureaucracy was stalling somewhere between the municipality and deeds office.Thank you for confirming my suspicions and handling them efficiently. I was ready for a fight against either institution because the delays have material cost and as usual serve no real benefit for humanity.A missing 11b3 form is by far the most pathetic of excuses that I have become familiar with dealing with institutions like them. Especially when we all have scanning capabilities in our hands.Anyway

If I could give no stars I would for this government department. I've called four times today just to find out how to get a copy of a title deed that has not been scanned into the system. I select the correct option and the phone ring continuously until someone picks it up and drops it back down again. What a pathetic excuse for a government department. There should seriously be an audit in this department. But then again, nothing would come of it. I'm so fed up!

Very poor service, the rate of speed the officials conduct themselves in are shocking , their attitude and body language says it all.... maybe we need to look into an online support system, wasted time waiting for a few pages. Officials needs to confirm owner details before printing aswell, if not not you will be charged twice . Make sure you have the correct client details , erf no and address before going to Deeds Office. Hope we can improve on this!

Absolutely appalling service. First, they deny having the deeds there. Then they finally locate them, eventually. Don’t do colour copies. They knew someone was going to come to take colour photos which was conformed by email. Then instead of advising that photos are not permitted by email, they inform you on the day, thus wasting time, money and fuel. Wasted day taken off work by a friend! Provided with old fashioned" very poor resolution black & white photocopy type scans."

Never able to reach anyone by phone. The message is still stuck on the original lockdown dates as well. Tells you everything you need to know about the way this office is run. Months later and they haven't changed their message. Taxpayers money yielding poor returns yet again

Don't be fooled by the operating hours on Google, this place barely opens. The staff and management repeatedly take advantage of COVID-19 for an extended holiday, while everyone who has no other choice but to use this office's service has to suffer.
