I reside in Manfred Dr Dbn North and we have contacted the municipality on numerous occasions asking why we are not receiving refuse bags and their resonse is that bags are being delivered must i show them receipts everytime i purchase what are we paying rates for

I have been trying to contact DSW to cancel a bill and both numbers that I have been given are not answered The number on the website is also incorrect Who would have thought that if you cancel your municipal bill you would have to make a separate arrangement to cancel the DSW component ? Inefficiency at its absolute best I refuse to pay the account for which I have been billed if I can’t cancel it

They dont answer their phones and they truck refused to pick up my black plastics that were not marked dsw even when I told them I dont receive the black bags.Their service is pathetic shame
