I recently sold my business, but was dealing with Jerome and his team for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend his services because you will ALWAYS get the real solution, as per the labour law. That has on numerous occasions saved me from serious labour issues. He is a man of integrity and he deals righteously in all cases. I can only thank him for his valuable input over many, many years.

I have been an Organisational Development Consultant for more than thirty years and have known and used ARMS now for many years for handling disciplinary matters at a number of my own clients as well as for advice and input on such matters. I continue to do so because I have found ARMS to be VERY helpful, fair and VERY professional in each and every case. Although their job is to advice and guide employers according to the law they instead act as paid assasins who enable the employer to do as they please. I understand that they need to keep their clients happy but sometimes it is better to keep your client safe against having to pay out tens of thousands of Rands to avoid a severe and embarrassing beating during arbitration at the CCMA.
