I am so impressed with Matrix Richards Bay. This happened before I even went to the store, I called first and was treated so graciously by Mariette on the phone. I am not tech savvy in the least and she treated me with dignity and respect. Therefore I had to go to the store and was pleasantly surprised that this customer care was the norm in the store. C.J is such a gentleman and a role model to his employees. This filters down to his customers. Thank you team for the wonderful service.

Less customer service, I felt unwelcomed. The lady that was on the till seemed like she was forced to work, the way she responded. At first I greeted and got a cold response while she's busy on her computer didn't even look at me, I had to carry on asking what I wanted and when I asked for the price, she just took the product and placed it in front of me without even speaking. Lije seriously.... What kind of customer service is that!

The shop itself is awesome, friendly service for most part but when it comes to the staff giving you feedback, wow, terrible service,i emailed my query on a Tuesday and the email was read that afternoon it is already Friday and no response whatsoever. Looks like you need to physically go into the shop to get a response maybe?
