HiI have asked for information on points I do not understand, questions which your staff do not answer, and nobody comes back to me. Left a message for Claudine to call me, but no, she left the office at 15.00 even though office works till 16.00. This is people's life you are playing with. You got no regard for your customers, only their money.

I have paid this company R3000 rand in February this year. They promised that they will submit documentation and clear my listings on all major bureaus. They told me my clearance process will be completed in April. I waited and nothing happened. They staff keep ignoring my messages and they don't respond. I keep wasting my money, time and effort by messaging, calling and messaging. They promised me a service but after I paid they ignore me and don't communicate. Worst customer service experience ever. Pathetic people skills . I regret making a decision to trust this company. I want a refund.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I can’t give zero. Horrible at feed back. I have been patient giving them double the time they give me about deadlines. However I end up phoning in and still get zero results. It’s been far past the 40 working days that they said it will take and still zero results

These people are fraudulent crooks. They take your money and then ignore your calls and messages to them.

From the start, my case was handled in a professionally efficient manner. I have never seen this kind of service when it comes to debt counseling. I have just bad experiences even with legalwize and other so called lawyer firms. NITCC service is impeccable.

This is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THEMI paid over R7000 last year August for assistance in getting myself off debt review. All their messages were fake advise and false advertising! Since then absolutely nothing had been done to clear my name!! They don't even contact you to try and pretend that they are attending to your account!!
