Appalling customer service. When enquiring about an advertised rental the agent seemed unsure if there is rental and promised to call me back the same afternoon to confirm. This was on Saturday morning and I have still not heard back from her. Truly appalling and unprofessional.

No communication and poor advertising! For a week I have been trying to get ahold of Vivienne to inquire about a property and she is unreachable. I now see the property is on offer and in the process of being sold.They advertise differently on different platforms, misinforming potential buyers.Basically no service from this property company
