A truly wonderful experience. The scenery is beautiful, the staff are courteous and professional, and the food/drinks are delicious. Much thought is put into each dish and the staff is well versed in each detail.

We just had the most amazing experience with the Love Benguela Cove experience. I came here with my wife for her birthday weekend and it was so spectacular. We were warmly welcomed and served some really fine wine. Following that, we had a cruise on the pontoon with a very special young man by the name of Nathan Taljaard. He is a shining star and took us on a mesmerizing tour, all the while ensuring that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Best experience and we're certainly coming back before the end of the year.

This was by far one of my favourite wine tasting experiences. Not only is the artwork on the property outstanding, but the views are breathtakingly beautiful. Gift shop, art gallery and a restaurant on site. I could stay there forever. Will be back!

Was our second time visiting and both times were fantastic. The wines are excellent, the venue is beautiful. Our wine ambassador, Marius, gave us the best service and experience, even while it was very busy. Arguably the best wine farm in Hermanus area

Just so posh and fancy and the food matches. Very fine dining, with all sorts of weird but wonderful bits and bobs included in the meal. The cheese platter was awesome too. A lovely combo of fresh veggies, pastes and jammy things, and cheese. Service is brilliant and so is the setting and views, definitely worth a visit. PS: The wines are superlative too!

Most unprofessional service we’ve ever received. DO NOT have a function or wedding at Benguela. They went back on terms agreed upon at booking, then when we questioned this and provided proof, they just cancelled our wedding. All this 5 months before the wedding date.Above was also done in the most unprofessional manner via email, without escalating to appropriate seniors.The fact that they cancelled our special day, due to something they refused to adhere to, and giving up the entire event due to small change, are beyond us.This has causes sleepless nights and extra effort/expenses to try find new venue without losing our already paid for vendors.Very disappointed.

The Worst Christmas experience ever. And I am sad to say I had recommended this restaurant to my family after a decent work function there. Where to I start…Disappearing waitor, drinks for some of my family members not being brought to the table even after many asks, not being given a menu for our young daughter, finding out no arrangements had been made for her although we booked with specific information in October. The food was just bad all around. We had such long and unnecessary waiting periods between courses, we had to constantly ask for the next course. They forgot to bring us the last course - they thought we done and just hanging out - we eventually took it to go. The bill was wrong, with an over charge. And through this 4+ hour ordeal, we had indicated that our experience wasn’t great. The manager seemed flustered but the restaurant didn’t seem like it was a full capacity. It was easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Beautiful views, amazing art and even better wines....This is the jewel in the Walker Bay wine area.Huge grounds with lovely outside seating. Enjoy a wine tasting or simply buy a botlle and enjoy the tranquility and views.A fire was lit, creating great ambience. The absolute silence is fuel for the soul.A must stop!
