Simons Town Post Office
This is the only post office in Simons Town. Staff here is friendly, and always eager to assist. The post office has a beautiful view of water front of the Antlantic ocean with Yacht and Naval warships sailing around. Post office not overcrowded and offers speedy service.

I continuously get the wrong mail delivered. How lazy must you be to take mail and just dump it in random mail boxes not even close to the destined address.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They never pick up the call so idk why they even have a number on this website. For an employee not to have enough respect to work to the best of their abilities is embarassing.

I'm on the phone which the post office at the moment. I called to find out if a parcel was there for me. Gave the lady all the details and I've been on hold for 11 minutes and 34 seconds. I've heard them speak about everything. They are busy cashing up, dissing customers, talking about condoms and whatsapp and will be closing at 16.30. Let's see if they just leave me on the phone. It is a minute before home time.Another seven minutes.... Someone is putting off the light... I'm still on the line...And instead of hanging up the phone, they put me on hold. Now after 18 minutes.
