Chris and his team where amazing. They arrived on time and worked productively the whole time. My house was left clean, you would never know a full ac system had just been installed. All rubbish and old system was taken away. Everything about the smart system, warranties, cleaning and servicing was explained thoroughly and easily, I wasn't left dumb founded at the end.Great local company I would recommend to anyone.

Chris and his team did a terrific and extremely neat and efficient job of installing our new ducted reverse cycle Daikin air conditioning system recently. Chris was prompt to find a time to come round to give a quote, prompt to provide a thorough quote and system design for the house with our house plans and when he gave us a date and time for the install, his team and him knocked on the door at exactly 7am on the dot!We had used Chris and his team's services before for installation of our reverse cycle individual unit a few years ago, and both times we have been very happy with the team's professionalism, cleanliness, communication and responsiveness to all queries.We would definitely recommend Global Cool Air to all of our friends and family into the future, as they are truly excellent! His services are of very good value, and he was cheaper than the other quote we compared his to. He's an extremely friendly bloke who is easy to chat to.All in all, a great interaction with Chris from initial text through to job completion. Chris and his team were recommended to me and I’m so glad they were. Chris responded within a couple of hours (after hours I might add) and squeezed me in the next morning. His communication was great and I received honest advice and clear information re the issues of our 10+ yr old aircon unit. Chris offered a few solutions and got us back up and running. I wholeheartedly recommend Global Cool Air. Chris was cheerful and helpful and took time to explain everything and what options were available. Being new to ducted air-conditioning systems I had loads of questions, both during his visit and in subsequent communications all of which Chris took the time to answer fully. The work was all completed by Chris and his team in one day, which included ripping out the old evaporative system and re-tiling the hole. After it was installed my wife and I decided we wanted to rearrange some of the zones. Chris came and did that one morning without any extra charge. My wife and I went for the Panasonic ducted system and we are delighted with the product but even more so with Chris and his team. What’s more, they were considerably cheaper than any other of the other quotes we received for the same product.Two very happy customers!
