I love this place but these days they are lacking. Looking for ordinary kitchen taps. Got one from them and thereafter nothing available anymore. So I have 2 different taps and the one is broken.

I managed to get what I was look for on my last visit, but service overall not well, not assistance on the floor, and must wait on que for payment.When I always visit the store everytime staff is always relaxed seems like am visit a bar and no 1 is their to help us.

I was totally not satisfied with the system of return.. This is really unfair for us customers that when u return items with valid receipt u have to exchange with another item...and all I want is my cash back.. Please relook at this issue is really unfair.. Hope to get feedback soon

I was so disappointed by a lady who was sanitizing customers coming into the store, I asked her nicely if they din't have sanitizing spray because she was pouring a drop which didn't really cover all my hands when I rub against and her answer with attitude was like of someone not working for a retail company who should know better on how to handle customers comments or complaints.I doubt if I will return to that store anytime soon.

Pay point is very very slow. One teller. Roofing paint I purchased did not match spec indicated. Shelves are cluttered.
