Had my first class with Tara today and had a fantastic experience, if you have lower back problems, lacking core strength and no range of movement I highly recommend it. I'm really looking forward to doing more classes and getting my range of movement back. It will be a big help to my daily activities.Thank you!

Tara is so patient! I’ve had lower back pain and poor flexibility in my hamstrings my whole life. Pilates has helped me to gain mobility and is a great addition to my workout routine. Highly recommended

YOU Pilates is such a lovely space in Cooroy and the perfect place to take some time out for you! I've tried the Mat, Barre and Reformer workouts. I'm happy to say I've loved the journey so far and enjoying my reformer workouts with Tara.

After trying few classes in different studios I found You Pilates, Tara is an amazing instructor, she fixed my technic and after a few weeks I started to feel stronger and flexible. I enjoy my classes very much!

Beyond an enjoyable experience. Tara, Marian and Georgia tailor each session to your experience and fitness level. I have noticed such a difference in my mobility, flexibility and measurements! Cannot recommend enough!
