These people don't know what they are doing, i took my rim to them to fix a small crack it come back worse that it was and i took it back the charged me saying i hit a pot hole while the rim was never even fited on the car i took it before the closed and brought it back in the morning, after they said it's fixed and charged me took the rim home put on the car next dat the rim is flat again. They are full of stories don't wast your time

AVOID AT ALL COSTSShould be called “We Can’t Fix Wheels”Brought a 17” 7j Audi Rotor wheel in for fixing, it had 2 hairline cracks which needed welding, should be a simple fix, NOT for “We fix wheels” very untidy work done which I was not happy about, and a leaking rim & destroyed tyre.Anyway, got the wheel back as I needed to drive to work and don’t have a spare, next morning I wake up for work, completely flat tyre.I knew it had to be their issue as the tyre was only about 2 days old, never been used.Took it to a different place and they brought to my attention it’s the worst wheel fix they’ve ever seen, they also noted that “We Fix Wheels” had completely torn the beading of my R1200 tyre & TRIED TO HIDE THEIR MISTAKE BY INSERTING SILICONE INTO THE TYRE.They were not prepared to compensate me whatsoever, long story short I spoke to Kim and she refused to compensate me in any way for the shoddy workmanship and the destroyed tyre.R2200 ‘repair’ and tyre wasted.Uber to work and transport costs also wasted.Raymond is the main culprit, secondly Kim.At the end of the day, they tried to blame me for the tyre profile, whilst I’ve been using that same profile for 2+ years, even on wider wheels. SO RAYMOND, STOP TRYNA COVER YOURSELF.Karin at reception is a great lady, it’s a shame she has to work for such a terrible company.I’ve attached images of all damage as proof of my claims.

RAYMOND AND KIM are so inefficient in showing any form of competence, stay away unless you want broken wheels!!?

The efficiency of the work done is immaculate, not only friendly client service but also informative. The turn around time is awesome and you don't have to wait days to get your vehicle back. Great job on the powder coating. Great company!!!!! Well done.

Good price, and quick turn around time however, I was just disappointed in the final product, I was offered to bring it back. I wouldn't recommend using these guys for diamond cut rim refurbishment.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the team at We Fix Wheels. Booking process was quick and easy. Friendly staff who are willing to answer all of your questions and go the extra mile. Workmanship is of an excellent standard. I can't find a fault on my rims or calipers. Great business which finishes their projects on time and does not cut corners on quality. I would highly recommend this company to you if you're looking for rim refurbishments/powder coating or caliper colour changes.
