I made a reservation at 315 restaurant a few weeks prior to my mum's 60th birthday since we went to the spa at coastlands musgrave. The spa was amazing but the restaurant was a total disappointment. There were house flies in the salads and on our table which is very unhygienic. The variety of food in the buffet was just pathetic. They did not even give my mum a happy birthday" plated dessert which most restaurants do. The manager was friendly and kept checking if we needed anything however

We booked a birthday dinner for 21 people on the 18th August. Firstly, st 17h50, the table was still not ready. We had to sit around and wait until they got it ready.The service was pathetic. We asked for water, which came a whole 20 minutes later. I spent 3 minutes walking around the restaurant looking for someone who could give me spoons, so we could have the soup. The rice was slimy and going off. The Mutton was half cooked.The food was worse than streetfood. This was definitely my 1st and last visit to 315. Guys, you'll need to up your game.

Booked at coastlands Musgrave twice and both times we dined at the restaurant. Fantastic service as well as fantastic food. Looking forward to my next stay

My first and last visit. Food was disappointing. Half cooked meat and chicken. Not even worth any stars.

Visited on a saturday seafood buffet night, very disappointing. Grilling station had only calamari rings, prawns and hake. Buffet area was too squashed. Not enough variety. I expected more of a seafood extravaganza. No bread or garlic rolls available. Starters were the usual items you get everywhere. Could have been spiced up with a prawn cocktail and sushi. Learner staff were not briefed earlier and knew nothing about the menu or anything elseParking was also a disaster. I would give this seafood buffet a miss.

At R550 pp Christmas was really a very disappointing experience at your establishment. I reached out to the manager who to date did not reply. The food was really over cooked and well below average.It was my birthday and they sang for me when I was in the bathroom. Instead they sang for my sister. Disappointed is not the word. How do you not check if the birthday person is there.The bar staff accused us of not paying our first bill because the waiters were so disorganized. They were not cleaning the table or attentive to the tables and I'm not sure if you were short staffed. It's very insulting to be told that we did not settle our bill. Also your staff looked miserable and unhappy as well as generally unfriendly.The photograph organizer took people for a ride. He did not tell people you had to pay for photos. Then when we finally queued to purchase it he kept lying and saying it would take 3 minutes but it was taking over an hour. There was no control over this and I really think he was performing an unethical practice at the permission of your establishment. We had to repeatedly ask him to please send us the photos as a soft copy because we were waiting so long. People were even starting to get angry and aggressive with his lying.It was an overall disappointing experience.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Had the misfortune of taking my family to lunch here on 13 December. There were flies all over the dessert section;literally coming out of the cakes. Found hairs in food.Overpriced for the available selection.Poor response from management

Very disappointing. Fresh fruit station had many fruit flies on the dishes. The dishes should be covered. Omelet station only had veg as an option. Not worth R185pp.Clean glasses and plates not readily available even though restaurant was not full.
