This is one bank which doesn't take people serious, I qued more than one hour outside because only one teller was working.Every time you go there you must set aside half a day.

The branch is really unhelpful... the staff really doesn't care about it's customers.... old citizens stand on queue for long hours with no help nor courtesy..

Service slow they don't care about customers, old people quieng in line inside only two tellers is working, they normally hide the manager when you request to see manager, they running that bank like it's their spaza shop

Have been waiting for 2 hours on the outside line, my feet are killing me. They say their network is offline so we have to wait and hope it comes back online, you could imagine how much that sucks when you find out it did the same thing yesterday. Went offline for an hour n came back on so today it's been off for +2 hours and in counting.
