Poor service at its atmost worst at this branch. Wanted to buy a padlock which was tagged at R300 on shelve only to be given a new higher price at the till. The manager was not helpful either. What a disappointment and a waste of time!

Poor experience. Looking for a stable door . System says they have stock. Drive all the way there ... Guess what!!! Not impressed

So if you need over priced HTH products or light bulbs this store is for you. Other than that this store is useless.Their stock quantities are low and they don't carry most of the items in the builders catalogue. Their excuse is sorry we are an 'Express' branch. I once placed an order online which was accepted to collect from this branch and they didn't have stock. My advice , don't waist your time going to this store. For plumbing goods, go across the road to plumblink in Stoneridge mall, or for any other hardware go to Leroy Merlin, or Cashbuild, both within walking distance of this builders.
