Poor workmanship and staff that never respond. Had my bumper painted and the lost my engine covers but it's been over 3 months and no feedback besides the looking for it.Bumper was painted very poorly and over spary all around the car.They also scratched the car all over because they wipe of dust instead of washing it properly.Fender had a dent. They repaired the dent but damaged the bonnet and more over spray.Very poor service

Old boot cover was used instead of new one, no clips was used to connect boot cover and bootlet they just put silicone. I complained about old boot cover they polished it and put it back. Both rear window wires were not connected.

My car went in just to repair the drivers side back door. Got it back 2 weeks later looking good. After a week I noticed the paint work starting to bubble. On closer inspection there were big scratch marks under the paint. Took it back and Luke promised to sort it out. Got it back lookin good again. After going through my cubby, I found about I clips that supposed to keep panels in place. On closer inspection I noticed that they just stuck it back with glue. Took it back and Luke promised me the world again. Picked up my car after 2 days and still incomplete fed up I just took my car away. Then I notice small items missing from my car. Employees with sticky fingers

Extremely disappointed with the service. Everything started off excellent, I was dealing with Luke who was very friendly and seemed on top of his game. Went the Wednesday and was promised my car back the next Monday. By Friday I had heard nothing so called Luke back was informed they were awaiting something from insurance......but no one had bothered telling me that. I subsequently sorted that out....fast forward 3 weeks and many follow up calls I was eventually informed the quote they are giving is 3x what the insurance assessors quoted but Luke was going to speak to his boss and get back to me. A further week later I still hadn't received a call back. So my car sat there 1 month with no interest in letting me know progress. Needless to say I picked my car up today with nothing done....except my tow thing missing from the front. Now we will await a call back to hear where that is. In the meantime I will be looking for a reliable panel beaters to do my job. Angry isn't the word because on top of that Luke blames Mohammed when Mohammed says Luke never informed him blah blah. With that being said we'll done to the receptionist Laken I believe her name is......by the end of my calls she even knew ny name. Thank you for following up today if I did get my call back.

This was my sad drive on the way to Keith's Panel Shop in Springfield Park, after the Looters burnt & and pillaged the place

They completely damaged my vehicle mechanically after panel beating.and would not take responsibility. Ended up paying cash to have it refixed. Poor communication, lies upon lies, deadlines pushed back everyday. Untrustworthy company.

So far I have received an appalling service from them, full of empty promises, poor comms, poor assessments which has led me wait yet another another full week. A dent can't be taking 3 full weeks to a month to fix, NEVER! Only if I knew...As a FYI - I have detected that internal politics do exist there amongst the staff which has caused a lot of frustrations on my side. You can't be telling your customer over the phone that Its not my duty"."

Not happy at all with the job they did on my car. It was not complete and they didn't even complete the simple tasks and my car was there for almost 2 months but they didn't even complete the work. I've had to take my car to another bodyshop to have it properly fixed. I'm very disappointed with the way they did. When I called to tell them about the things they failed to do but were paid for they told me I have to bring back the car. I.found that very disappointing that I have to spend more money travelling from estcourt to them for them to finish their job. It's like they just did what they liked and thought I would not see all the other damages they didn't fix but the insurance paid them. I have since informed my insurance of their. unsatisfactory service. I took my car to another shop to be fixed because I don't even want to take my car back to them.
