Really basic little shop & eatery with surprisingly good chicken and chips. Roots, the owner, is really cool . He has literally built his business from the ground up over many years and has many expansion plans. It's the only pit stop on this remote stretch of road.

As you won't answer my whatsapp messages, I'll just post here as I think what you're doing is extremely wrong and people should know the truth.I just don't understand it Roots. You building new buildings, buying new stock. But you don't pay R6000 back in stock that you and your family took from me while I was on holiday helping my dad move, and didn't even tell me that you took it. That was everything I had in the business. You promised me a year ago before I left you would pay me back the money. And I helped you so, so much last year.I built a room for you for R20000, bought you a jojo tank and guttering for R10000 so you'd always have water, built you a whole new kitchen for R10000, spend thousands for all the lights and wiring, the paint of the rondawel inside and outside, I gave you the pots, pans, plates, knives, forks, glasses, utencils, etc. I paid R4000 for the sound system that you're using now. I spent thousands tiling and painting one of your rooms outside. I bought the children school supplies, food for the family and I gave them most of my clothes, took your family to the clinic every week, helped you get stock in Umthata, borrowed you money and the list goes on. I spent all my life savings on your place and I lost everything.Last year was a devastating year for me and it will take a long time for me to be right again. It's incredibly sad that after all I've done, you can't reply to my messages and tell me straight why you won't pay me back. What you did to me, you did to the person who lived there before me. I just hope you don't get to deceive anyone else and hurt them the way you hurt me.Peace.
