Dr Michelle and Paws in Motion, have been caring for our pets for over 8 years and I would like to give Michelle and her staff props for always providing awesome care and advice for our pets of which we are crazy about.

Been going to Michelle with all my animals for years. Staff there are all fantastic,and have plenty of tine for youHad to have my cat put down today, very traumatic for me, cried buckets.Thank you so much Heather, for making it a bit easier and understanding what i was going through.And to the vet i was seeing for the first time.Angie? I had a very bad experience. Felt like they worry more about the money you have to pay than to help a dog suffering of pain. It was my first and last time that i will use them. They made both me and my husband feel like criminals and did not want my husband to leave before paying 2000 rand to put my dog to sleep. Its an experience i don't wish on any one. We where humiliated in front of other people.Heather is rude and just wants to attack you to pay worse than a vicious putt bull. I will never in my live use a vet again because of this experience. Thank you but no thanks.

I personally had a horrible experience with the staff at paws in motion . The first time around I had a good experience. When I returned for a follow up for my doggy on the request of the vet, the vet who had helped me was not in and I was helped by a gentleman who did not actually check what he was meant to , I in turn was charged again for a consultation fee even though nothing was done . The card machine was not working and they did not try by any means to accommodate me , I Had to drive to an ATM and when I told the front lady that this was an inconvenience for me as a customer who shouldn’t even be paying as nothing was done for my animal. This vet does not care about the wellness of your pet rather how much they can get out of you .
