Disgusting service from an agent Florence. I messaged her multiple times asking for a viewing of an apartment in Sandton. Each time she read my message and didn’t respond. Eventually, after 5 tedious WhatsApp messages, I got the point. When I told her I had messaged her 5 times to ask for a viewing, she called me and raised her voice at me. I told her, that I had messaged her numerous times and was no longer interested in her service. It was as if she did not want to make the money (weird). She told me to find another agent and blocked me on WhatsApp. I am not the one and today is not the day, Florence. She has done Knightsbridge Properties a disservice and I will let everyone know what pathetic service she provided. I would not recommend this company at all. I have read multiple complaints on HelloPeter so I am relieved I didn’t go through with the viewing.

They are not trustful, specially Wendy! When we got out the apartment she charged us for absurd things, including refurbishing an old and stained table that was there. DON’T rent with them!!!!!

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THIS PLACE, SPECIALLY FROM AN AGENT CALLED WENDY. FORGET ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH LANDLORD AND WILL SCAM YOU WITH NO DOUBT. READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS.

Absolutely terrible service. After moving out from my rental, had a full clean done and final inspection with agent who signed off that everything was in good condition. It's been over a month and I have not received my deposit with the landlord claiming there were issues.
