Bought two couches on separate occasions and never received either. They incompetently advertised the wrong thing and when it comes to getting your money back, they don't care enough to assist properly. Terrible! Absolutely terrible.

Worst place ever!!!! Pathetic service pathetic managers PATHETIC EVERYTHING! Empty promises since day1. Will never recommend anyone to buy at this place!

Poor service from all staff. Manager won’t take my call

Not impressed. When I walked in, one of the staff was folding up plastic that came off a freshly unwrapped lounge suite blocking the walkway to the patio furniture. He didn't try and make way for me. I had to clamber through the forest of furniture on the floor. Then while I was standing admiring one of the patio lounge suites he came past with the hard plastic and it jabbed me hard in my back. Didn't even apologize and kept walking. I immediately left the store and won't be back.

Very very disappointed with the service I received from House and Home, Baywest, Port Elizabeth. On the 19th of November 2021 I bought three beds and also a lounge suit.Up untill today the 18th of December 2021 I have not received the queen size bed I payed for. Everytime there is another excuse and another. I payed cash, over R40 000 but I have to wait a whole month for just one bed. delivered.

We're actually really happy with the service here, what we weren't happy with is the fact that the DVD player they sold us was completely broken before using and the woman that works at the front needs a serious reality and ego check. She acts like all of the things in there are her personal belongings and if you were to leave the store with one of her personal belongings she will throw a hissy fit, act like you have just stolen something from the Taj mahal, and put you on lockdown for about 10 minutes, question the people who work there about your purchase several times and then finally let you leave but then she's still looking at you like she doesn't like you. I suggest you don't even look at the woman who works at the front when you walk by the store let alone go into it.

We reported that our Hisense oven has stopped working over a week ago. The oven is still under warranty. We were told that we would be called back within 48 hours and we have been waiting 8 days now. Numerous calls to House and Home and even went to speak to the lady in customer service and still no response. She never calls us to follow up. From being our favourite furniture store where we buy everything household related to being disgusted by after sales LACK of service.

Phone on the 27 December 2022 the tv is glitching, the next day the TV was completely dead. They told me all repares are closed until 3 January 2023 and will put us first priority. We had to take the tv to the store but they told us they will collect it. Up until now 6 January the tv is still in the store and they don't give any feedback I have to phone/send eamils and follow-up. Very very poor customer service very poor.

The sales lady, Ms A Jonas was extremely helpful and efficient. She went out of her way to find the fridge we desperately needed. Our fridge packed in due to Loadshedding and within 30 minutes it was delivered at our house in Summerstrand. Thank you so much, Ms Jonas and the delivery team.
