Great customer service - very friendly staff. Handset got fixed quickly. Nice and clean environment. Received a pencil case filled with colouring pens for completing a service survey - my little one loves it! Highly recommended this service centre.

The service is good and fast. When you want to repair. I should book a date to do. But I didn't booking because the time I can't follow. It only have 3 times to make an appointment. I hope it may early time or late time. Thank you

I sent my phone in for a warranty repair and Australia Post lost my phone. Oppo had no obligation to do anything, but they replaced the phone at no charge to me. My son is so pleased, thanks so much! Excellent customer service!

Great service in the store. Welcoming receptionist is terrific, she went above and beyond with her customer service today. I will definitely come if I need any additional service in the future

Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment but the lovely lady was still able to assist me with my phone issue. Was given a free pair of headphones due to the on going issue with the headset. Was working well but after 2 hours the problem returned. Called them up and they sorted out two more pairs of headphones for free sent via express post! Great service!!!

I had a 3pm booking with Oppo to repair an issue with my phoneI arrived 15 minutes early and I had to ring a doorbell and was attended to fast,The lady who served me was kind and went over the issues I described and told me the repair would take an hour and a half.However the repair was done within an hour and all my issues were fixed, and at an affordable price.In my opinion, parts for Oppo devices seem to be fairly priced compared with competitors.This Oppo service centre and Oppo support as a whole has never disappointed me

They broke my phone more, they were unable to provide evidence of what they claimed the damage was. Customer service were unhelpful.. simply trying to continuously pass me on to someone else
