Not a good start so far. First time using them, I ordered a replacement cable, but got ear cups. The courier also gave me a bit of a run around. Will post updates based on their replies.Update1:Changed to 5 stars. See owner's reply below, they also phoned me and explained the situation and informed me that the correct part is on the way. Quick problem resolution and super professional service from their side. Will post an update when I receive the cable.
