I went there for an installation. The ladies who work there are bubbly and warm. They did an amazing job with my installation. I received a 1000 compliments on it lol. Love their service even though I wish they can get more ladies to do the hair so people don't have to wait long to be attended to. I didn't wait long btw but I'm just saying.

There is a lady that does not speak Zulu she the one with a Manager t-shirt she ruined my day and entire birthday month .She cut my lace too close including my hair i will have to buy a new closure for my wig cause she ruined it sis does not know how to do installation I was very angry because she had attitude and I stayed for over an hour while she was on her phone while the other 2workers were installing other what a Nightmare I am never coming back again it was not worth my money

A wonderful treatment I got. I was welcomed with complimentary drinks. Ellen was doing my hair she kept on checking up on me if the hair is fine nor to tight keep up the great work sis. I’m happy beyond all levels. The hair is amazing guys thank you SarHap hair and the whole entire stuff

I have to say I had a very pleasant experience at Sarhaphair line hair today in Durban the lady Monica was so generous whereby I was late and installation closes at 4 she did her atmosphere best with attending to me even when it was pass the time of installation ….it’s a job well done I’m very happy with my installation
