Ordered since 17:00, the order never came, this franchise should take people seriously because we put our trust in you guys to provide us with food only to be disappointed. Turfloop fishaways should really change the way they run their business.

Am highly disappointed with the services of this franchise,how can it run without a toilet while they serve food and refreshments.I was highly pressed only to be told the toilet is only for stuff,for people that serve food they should know better that nature is obviously gonna call.

Fishaways Turfloop Plaza.Ordered Sharing for 2 meal lastnight at 8:37pm. The rice was soo little, they had put it in the part of box which they normally put chips. We were hungry and so excited for the meal but Fishaways did us dirty xem. This means if you starving, sharing for 2 isn't the way to go since they might have it messed up.

Incredibly bad service. Ordered food for delivery telephonically, food never got delivered to me. I called several times to follow up but no one was able to assist me.

I ordered two meals wth grilled and fried fish got two grilled fish in stead none of our favorite sauces were available and I had potato chips instead of calamari strips in my order.
