The wait for the food was way too long. They were a bit under staffed. This was my first visit so I can't say whether I just visited on a bad day or if this is the norm.

Absolutely great service. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is pure nostalgia from your childhood Wimpy memories, made quickly and fresh. Take aways or sit down, hands down the best Wimpy in the country.

Worst service and quality of food, it’s honestly bad for the brand Wimpy. We bought at this Wimpy branch around 4am today and this what we received! Very cold tasteless coffee and sluggish disgusting burgers! The chips were worse! Only realised on the road that we just donated money to Wimpy with zero return for the value of products! Food poison hazard. Dissatisfied customer.

Absolutely ridiculous service.We ordered the wimpy special (Wimpy Burger, Chips and Milkshake for R70), then waiter tells us there is no ice cream.So we have to pay more to take another meal.Then I see them serving milkshakes and ice cream to other customers, I then call the waiter and asked why she told us we couldn't order the special, if others are ordering it.Then she told us, oh maybe it is working" and the waiter was very rude!!!!It is PATHETIC!!!!!!! There is no customer service anymore.This Wimpy will never see us again."

I ordered a coffee milkshake, and when I got the shake, it was only vanilla. Sent it back only to have it come back with no improvement. The Cafe latte was hot milk with almost no coffee in it, i had to order a extra espresso shot to fix that. This was the worst Wimpy experience ever, really

Very poor. Waited long to be seated. Coffee served cold in dirty sourcer. Waited very long for order. Several people argumenting at take away counter for their orders that take too long. Food quality NOT worth the hours wait.Did not get the experience we came here for.

Went to take an open table, after a few minutes the waitress who I believe is the manager (only one wearing a grey sweater?) came to us and said we must move as someone else is sitting there. It would have been fine if she didn't have an attitude, if the table was marked as taken and if someone actually came after half an hour...

Absolutely worst service ever! Sat for 30min before we got our coffee - in dirty cups… Food cold with no cutlery, plates chipped and broken. And to top everything off the bill was wrong… nee man!! Gives Wimpy a bad name!
