Worst triple decker in history. The cashier recommend the chicken genuinely can't eat itn and honestly it is soooo bad.

Please do not bother ordering online for delivery here. Nothing is ever done to specification. Really disappointing to order, no one calls to confirm anything and post delivery time I call to enquire about the order only to be told driver is on the way. Then 5mins later the driver calls to ask for my address as they are leaving the store.

Someone by the name of Prince makes his delivery drivers lie on the app to indicate that delivery has taken place 15min earlier than the actual delivery. Unethical bast@rd should be fired. Been calling in to find out where my order is and the recording saying the branch is already closed. It's only 20h25 though.

I ordered on uber eats, found hair on my pizza. I was told I would get a refund, I never did. On top of the fact that I waited 2 hours for a cold pizza with hair.

I ordered a pizza last night from Debonairs newclare the 1that is situated at the shell garage I recieved a call from the driver Moses to confirm my address about 5minutes later it said on the app that my order was delivered I then contacted the restaurant I was informed that I should have recieved my order as per my app the driver arrives. 15minutes after the call with cold pizza and no change inconveniencing me he left and came back and half and hour later with change as a result me out in the cold twice resulting in me having flu and serving my family cold pizza which I politely paid my money for I will not recommend them to anyone

If I could give it a negative number of stars I would!! Its been over an hour since I play order! The tracking system is off! I have BEEN calling the restaurant and it redirect to some call center that's not operational during the hours in which I placed my order! There is no communication whatsoever! Now it says the restaurant is closed and I still have not received my order! I paid online so a refund would be order!!!! This absolutely sucks! Sucks!

I won't purchase from Newclare Shell Debonaires again, I repeatedly get very little to no meat/chicken on my order.Previously overlooked it but my On the double" order literally have 5 chicken mince on it. 5! do you know how hard it is to count mince? 5!!!!I guess i just spent my money for bread and sauce. Cheese barely any either.2 stars because telephone staff and delivery was fast and friendly.Never and Never again!"

Ordered a creamy chicken triple decker and a cram crust meaty pizza it is really dry the cheese griller inside was even dry thats how dry that pizza was. The cheese tastes like plastic.. Really not worth it.

In December I placed an order via the app for a triple decker pizza large. When it arrived the 2 decks below where smaller in size. I logged a complaint. In January I got a call from the manager Prince. Who only apologised to me. That's all.... I paid money for half a triple decker and customer service is definitely a zero because they only called in January.
