A supermarket with a good variety and availability of products. I often shop here and wait up to 30mins in the queue. I would not recommend shopping here on a Sunday unless you don't mind queueing behind 200 others. Service could be better and merchandising companies should visit this store more regularly to keep their staff from playing or distributing empty boxes down the aisles.

Much smaller than it used to be. Shelves are well stocked ,but with unknown brands i.e pasta that does not cook soft. Clean, friendly staff.

Opened on time 8am Saturday. Shelves is neat. Cashiers very helpful. Bakery area half asleep so no help there

A good store to go to. There is always specials but impossible to move about the store with their trolleys. Every one of them needs to be maintained or replaced. When you try to turn left it goes right now you end up getting a workout while shopping. Otherwise had fun shopping.

Some of the staff are really rude and not helpfull. Standing in the queues to pay for your stuff takes forever!The online order and deliveries are better, very accurate and fast. Your order is packed neatly and the delivery person is friendly and professional. I rather buy what I need online than going to the shop.

Great variety. When will PNP get a first come first service policy? Get the queuing right by making 1 dedicated line for all customers. Just a bad queuing system.

great shop but the amount of queues is always insane. really high ceillings also mean there is an amount of birds that are always flying aroudn the shop

The store is generally untidy with stock not packed on shelves but in the aisle waiting to be offloaded but no staff nearby. Staff that is there is walking about having lovely chats with other staff. Some friendly staff greet but others will follow you around for no good reason as you shop. Large store, lots of what what but honestly not a favourite.

One of the biggest picknpay stores in the country. One stop shop for almost every thing. It's a hyper. But sometimes you you can't find an assistant when you need one .You will find house hold electronics, hardware over and above your normal shopping items.

A beautiful cashier named Dineo Maila is my mom's saving super star she works at pick n pay clothing Northgate. She kept my mom's prescription sunglasses she had lost while shopping. This shop is friendly and helpful and honest.
