Great, quick, friendly service.I had to get a knife engraved in 4 hours for a work function and RedCap Industries made it happen.Note that as of writing to engrave a single piece it costs R150 and for custom designs you need to provide the image in vector format (.SVG) either by email or removable media. This was not clear and I had to figure out as I went along.Very happy with the turn around time and final product!

I went to RedCap with an urgent last-minute job and was super impressed with Letit's service. Other places said they could help me in 3 days, RedCap helped me in an hour! Super neat, quality work, and great prices. Fantastic service received from RedCap, Bravo!! Will definitely use them again.

If you need something done quick and done well then go to red cap. Other places I went told me would take a week to engrave a name on cutlery, red cap did it in a day.
