Very happy with the service from Snomaster. Visited their Showroom in Montague Gardens and were able to test the fit of various models of fridge/freezers to see which would suit our set up the best. This really helped enormously to get the optimum solution. Very capable staff and efficient process. Our Snomaster fridge/freezer now has its first Botswana/Namibia trip behind it, and it performed flawlessly in 35°+ outside temps. Love having the remote in the car to adjust temps if necessary or just check that all is good in the back of the vehicle! Anytime again with Snomaster!

I have been a happy Snomaster owner in my Overlander 4x4 for four years and it has never let me down. Unlike the other brands with their plastic Lego fridges, this one is still made of chrome steel in a first-class quality. Just like the customer service... first class.

Worst customer service I ever received! Had to return my Ice machine 3 times before it got fixed. Said it was working to spec 1st & 2nd time I collected, then supposedly parts broke after I brought it back the 3rd time. Machine never worked correctly each time I collected it. Now have to pay for parts after 7 months of back and forth.Got a call from the MD after this review. Appreciate the call and offer after my bad experience.

Terrible service from snomaster Cape Town. Phoned to enquire about availability of a digital display unit and was told that nobody was available and they would return my call. No call returned. Tried phoning back a day later and couldn't get throughon numerous tries. A week goes by I phone again to enquire, again nobody available and was told that my call woul be returned. A day later still no reply...just tried phoning again and all I get is a message that the extension you are looking for cant be located. You spend money on a reputable brand but try your best to get the necessary service and you cant get hold of them or when you do your calls aren't returned. Sadly not what I expected.

Ordered a SnowMaster product via a third party with estimate delivery time of 23 days. I called Chase and his team and within 20 minutes they solved my problem and arranged for a pickup the next day. Fast turnaround time and great personal service.
