I bought a Numatic ride on Scrubber dryer TRG 720 from ITS for my new warehouse. I dealt with Geoff, he came out and trained my cleaning staff on it. The staff then lost a part 2 weeks later and Geoff replaced the part on the same day I reported it! Excellent service. I will be buying from ITS again.

Sent my karcher high pressure washer in for a service, came back worse than before absolutely no pressure anymore. What a waste of money. Surely you should test washers before customer has paid and has collected unit??Now I'm still waiting 2 months later and not a word from ITS Karcher after returning the unit for repair, they first tried to requote me for the part they had already replaced. I keep calling them and they say they will call me back but nothing. So even after my complaint was escalated internally they still couldn't provide a basic service. And now I am 4 months with the unit...As you will see below they have replied 10 months after the complaint which is an indication of the service level.
