I came with a wheelchair and the guard at the door asked if I needed any help. The staff were friendly and accommodating they helped me reach things and helped again at check out.

Always pleasant and friendly staff. Easy to get around. Good food selections when available as their stock goes fast. Their bread and roll choices are a limited selection and usually sold out.

Visited your store late yesterday afternoon, really enjoyed my chat with the lady on duty at the hot food section. I wanted a roast chicken, which was understandably sold out, she advised of alternate Woolworth stores that could help and advised of alternatives I could buy instore. 110% for customer service. Sorry I do not remember her name.

While I like Woolworths products - it would seem that the staff are becoming increasingly complacent. Apparently packers are trained on the job - that’s great that you are creating employment and ticking your AA boxes - pity that the untrained, disinterested staff don’t realise that they need to do their bit. Attitude of the management falls short - a half-hearted scripted apology - no name badge. What’s happening Woolworths Garden Centre - thought you would up your game after a mouse was found in a chicken pack in your fridge. Supervising your staff well, will reflect your brand better.
