Excellent customer service, Yugen came through and assisted us with tangled wooden blinds. We thought it needed a service and would've cost us a few hundred rand however Yugen opened it for us free of charge. This alone should reveal that this company has integrity and not out to make a quick buck but thrive on customer service!
