We were assisted by Matthew Junkoon who was very helpful and very efficient. We took our Wildtrack due to camera malfunction and we received excellent service. Kept us informed of progress and the vehicle was safely returned. Even when I admired the Raptor before I knew it a sales person was arranged to assist. Very impressed with the springs team because the sales assistance was also great.

Most horrible experience in our state of emergency!!!Our Ford Ranger XLT was booked in for service about 3 weeks back, today while driving to Germiston (on the N17) we got a warning light about the transmission overheating. In that immediate moment we drove straight to Casseys Auto Springs Ford where we were met with thee most horrible customer service by a service manager named Billian who gave us attitude and terrible treatmemt from the word go.We came in seeking for help as this is a vehicle we use for work and explained our immediate demise as we had a meeting to attend. Upon arrival we explained our situation and we were met with a rude awakening with words such as There is nothing we can do to assist you at this time and we will only attend to your vehicle after the long weekend". That's when we pleaded and pleaded for them to please check the car and if need be

We always receive excellent service when one of our company vehicles need some TLC. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a lovely showroom. And you can get decent coffee there when you wait :)

I know a few people including myself that has tried different branches and springs is by far the best. Amazing service, fair prices and always open and not trying to screw you like the rest. Fast service and always goes that extra mile to help. I drive past about 3 ford branches that are useless because i know i have never been disappointed at springs
