Table locators don't work but customers are not told. I waited for 30 minutes without my order and had to go to collect because they don't deliver. Standard is dropping.

Worst service ever, waited over 30 minutes for my food to come. Drinks are warm with no ice and the lady reading out the orders was not helpful. If you want fast food macdonalds thavhani mall is not he one.

Although we had ordered and selected sit in at the self service desk, we still had to go and collect our food at the counter. The order was even incomplete even though they called our number.

Poor service and short staffed. Patrons inside the restaurant literally have to watch those on the drive through get first preference. I waited for more than 30 min for my order, only for them to give me a wrong and incomplete order with no explanation. They blatantly told me they don't serve what i ordered but the food i ordered was appearing on their menu. They also substituted what i ordered with something i totally did not want. Very unsatisfied with the service.
