I requested that my washing machine be assessed for repairs as it was leaking. On Monday morning I called for unique appliances to come through, Upon arrival I was told I will be sent a quote. I advised the guys not to uplift machine incase I don't agree with the quotation they would have the hassle of returning the machine. The guys insisted to take the machine and also made is Clear they would bring it back the next day if I don't go ahead with the quote. This company is highly unprofessional and have no knowledge of how to treat their customers fairly. When questioned about the arrival of my machine a lady advises me your machine is not stolen it will be returned" this has me questioning the condition of my machine when it returns."
