I have returned a hat that I bought from the fix westgate, They said they dont take back hats I told them a hat is not an underwear and they gave me my refund and took their hat.

They never pick up the phone, I drove all the way there to ask a simple question and the service was absolute trash! The staff is not very helpful and rude! Never returning!!
