Most horrendous experience. The building manager has no sense of urgency and has horrible communication skills. May you never need management's assistance with anything if you find yourself here.

Generally happy, nice units and estate. And seem to have now overcome the initial issues that are common with new developments.

No complaints on the apartment but, could you guys please really consider as a matter of urgency, putting speed humps in the complex for the Kids. Kids are playing all over due to incomplete playing grounds / play area. A concern for some ground floor occupants is uninstalled garden gates, laundry lines and bugler frames for windows as there have been break-in incidences here previously. The last thing is, car ports that are incomplete. Please consider the above asap or tou risk alot of tenets leaving this place.

Power out since 12. They send communication at 5pm about the estate meter not connected properly and issue still not resolved 7hrs later.Place being managed by amateur. Dont let the picture fool you. They also advertised about swimming pool, restaurant and gym in the complex. One year later, now they building those facilities.

Entrance guards will see you at the entrance and ignore you, will finish their conversation with their mate then attend to you to let your host know.3 visits same.The place is new well worth the selling price of 1.2 m for 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms apartments

Paper thin walls. You can hear your everything your neighbours are getting up to. Your neighbours cockroaches, become your favourite guests!Well run place but constructed poorly. I would not invest in a property in this complex.

The word frustrating that does not even begin to describe how I feel. 1. I moved in and struggled with access for a couple of months 2. At the time of writing this my unit has not had hot water for the past 5 days , no one is assisting me after many attempts of reporting the issue. This is not the service I pay for. These are among many other issues. For peace of mind I do not recommend. The complex is beautiful just badly managed. I am very disappointed

Your sold a lie. The security is the worst. Within a month of moving in I had a neighbor who told me he will be leaving because of horrific assault and break ins the complex has, due to his contract also being relatively new he'll accept paying but won't occupy his flat. Facilities that are passionately advertised such as gym, park for the kids and clubhouse are nonexistent. After loadshedding there tends to be additional power cuts in the AMs for at least 10hours, if you work from home or have children to take to school this will be a huge inconvenience. Dont bother asking about it, it will come on when it comes back on. Issues regarding the actual rental, additional amounts that get added constantly no one can give you answers why the amount owing is different from the rental contract. Again, don't bother asking.

The place is beautiful, but too big. I worry if you have children they could easily get lost in the complex. Too big, too many people. There is a lot of diversity, there were things saw that I didn't like. But the units are beautiful inside, though it's not as advertised.
