I had several bad experience with the lebowakgomo branch...an is like the don't care even if you talk to the manager he feels like he is doing us favor by buying there they don't take clients serious...yesterday I was there with a complain I never got help they told me to come back today I told them I am going to work I will send my son who also took his work time to go there but still he didn't get help they took him from pillar to pole t

Very good place with good services

They ddnt have what I was looking for so 1 star down, but I must say they are very careful with this corona thing than most shops around lebowakgomo, they write down the names and numbers of everyone who comes in and they also sanitise your hands three times before you entere the door, first at the gate, then at the door before writing down your details and after writing down your details.

The place is big and has a variety of building material one needed.

It has quality products problem is that customer service is too slow and the loading zone is too small you've to wait for hours

The manager(dealing with discounts) is very rude.. He interrogated me about 15 minutes and ended up involving one other employee, that am asking for a discout, why should i buy something i cannot afford...that i cannot go to the bank and withdraw the money i don't have, and that he left a customer who came to buy goods worth R30 000 to attend a discount.. And asked me if that makes sense to me...i honestly felt like am not important because am only there to spent R16000.This happened on 02.10.2021 at lebowakgomo store... And thumbs up to one guy who is travelling from turf to lebowakgomo daily, he was working there to assist with quotations, he is really helpful.

This Hardware has a variety of fancy building materials such as PVC ceilings, lighting etc.The one annoying thing about this place is the way they operate.First you go and view the goods then you go to the 1st Counter to take a Quote before going to another Counter to pay if you agree with the prices.you then collect and have the goods checked at the exit to see if you haven't stolen anything. After that you are free to go.All these processes are time consuming and outright dumb if you ask me.Places like Builders Warehouse don't have these tedious and dodgy processes.At Builders you go in see what you like ,pay for it and go.I will go back to this Hardware under extreme pressure.

Good place when you materials

After buying some items, I have gone there on several occasions trying to collect them, but was told that I should bring the receipt (even though I gave them the order number). The last time they checked on the system and found the order number was in July but they still refused to give them to me without the said receipt.On 19/10/2020 I went there together with the receipt as required but was told to wait for the manager. I've ever since went there about 5 times, they keep on promising to call me back but even today I have not heard from them.I guess only Speak-out'll come to my rescue
