68 unit townhouse complex. Quiet, well laid out and well managed. Up to 2 pets are allowed but written permission from trustees is required before bringing them on complex as there are certain exclusions/restrictions. If purchasing, be aware that many units have unregistered sections that are in the process of having to be surveyed and registered, check with your estate agent for info and cost implications as it's determined by the unit size. Also get a copy of the rules and building guide before purchasing so you know what is/isn't allowed.
